What Is Medora?

A plain description of Medora: what it is, who it's for, each module and its status, and what it does not do.

In one sentence: Medora is the AI Copilot built only for allergy practices: it drafts the allergy visit note for the clinician to review and sign, supports skin prick, intradermal and patch testing, and gives follow-up briefs that link each point back to where it came from in the record, with the clinician reviewing and signing everything.

Frequently asked questions

What is Medora?

Medora is the AI copilot built only for allergy and immunology practices. It drafts the allergy visit note, supports skin prick, intradermal and patch testing, keeps a longitudinal allergen profile, and answers the practice phone, all in one patient context. The clinician reviews and signs everything.

Is Medora an AI scribe?

Medora includes a note copilot (Medora Copilot, also called Medora Scribe) that drafts the visit note from the conversation. Medora is broader than a scribe: it is the AI copilot built only for allergy, sharing one patient context across the note, skin testing and the patient's history.

Who is Medora for?

Allergy and immunology practices: allergists, allergy nurses and practice managers. Medora is built only for allergy.

Does Medora diagnose allergies or recommend treatment?

No. Medora does not diagnose, order tests, prescribe, or recommend treatment or immunotherapy. The clinician decides and signs every note.

Does AI read skin tests in Medora?

No. Medora Vision drafts wheal sizes from the photo, using the printed ruler card for scale, and flags sites it isn't sure of. A person confirms every value, nothing is recorded as no reaction until a person confirms it, and the clinician signs. The nurse records flare.

Is Medora Vision FDA-cleared?

No. Medora Vision is investigational and not FDA-cleared.
