Medora

For allergy practices

The allergy visit becomes an allergy note.

Medora listens to the visit and drafts the note the way an allergist writes it, from skin-test days to shot visits and food challenges. Your allergist reviews it, edits it and signs. We're taking 20 founding practices this fall.

Self-serve trial: 14 days, no card. Founding practices get 30 days, set up with us.

Built for the visits only allergy has.

Every allergy visit has its own shape. Medora has a template for each allergy visit, and the skin-test results your nurse records sit beside the note when the allergist reviews it.

Skin-test days

Prick, intradermal and patch visits have their own template. The values your nurse records, controls first, are right there with the drafted note. The allergist checks it all and signs.

Shot visits, build-up or maintenance

The note follows what was said in the room: the injection, the wait, any reaction and the plan. Medora never sets doses or schedules; your allergist does.

Food and drug challenges

Long, stepwise visits get a challenge template, so the doses, the observation and the outcome land in the note the way you'd write them.

And the rest of the allergy note.

Built with a working allergy practice. Over a 60-day pilot there, the time an allergist spends signing off each skin-test visit dropped sharply.

Founding practice

  • A free 30-day pilot on your own visits. No card.
  • We set it up with your team in one day, on site or by video.
  • Then $99 per provider per month, locked for as long as you stay.
  • The skin-testing workflow is included during your 30-day pilot.
  • Open to the first 20 allergy practices.

How the 30 days go

Day 1: we set up your providers and allergy templates with your team.

Days 2 to 30: your allergists use Medora on their real visits, and we check in every week.

Day 30: you decide.

We sign a BAA before any patient data. HIPAA-eligible AWS in the US, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). SOC 2 is in progress. Works with supported EMRs.

Questions

What does a founding practice get?

A free 30-day pilot on your own visits with no card, setup with your team in one day, and then $99 per provider per month, locked for as long as you stay. The skin-testing workflow is included during the 30-day pilot. It is open to the first 20 allergy practices.

Who signs the note?

The clinician. Medora drafts the note from the visit; the clinician reviews, edits and signs every note, and nothing is filed without them.

Which allergy visits does it handle?

New patient and follow-up visits, skin testing (prick, intradermal and patch), immunotherapy, asthma, and food and drug challenges each have an allergy visit template.

Is patient data protected?

Medora signs a BAA, runs on HIPAA-eligible AWS in the US, and encrypts data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). SOC 2 is in progress.
